Do I need to take trash bags?

Do I need to take trash bags if we want to take our trash to the trash room daily? Will there be other liners/bags available to reline the trash can?

If not, what size bags should I take?

You should find trash bags in the wastebaskets underneath the one being used. More bags are available from Mousekeeping. We have always found plenty available.

If you run short of trash bags and need one in an emergency why not use a carrier bag, we always seem to collect loads during our disney trips!

We use our bags from our Grocery run as they make it easier to carry each time we head to the bus stop.

But yes and if you need more just stop one of the Mousekeepers and ask for one.

i take tall kitchen bags to put dirty laundry in on the road or if we're in a studio (it's easier to carry). We take a few extra if we need them for trash.

I am wondering if the complaint of lack of trash bags may be resort specific, because I am always saving my grocery store, souvenir bags to replace the trash bags at my Boardwalk. More often than not, there are no replacement bags in the unit when I want to take things to the recycling and trash room.
Sure, I could call mousekeeping and get some, but I seem to always do it on our way out for the day. I don't want to wait, and so I make do. Other Boardwalk fanatics, is this your experience too?

I'm always short, and hate garbage in the room. (Take out every night).

SO I take a few extra bags with me from home.

But what I really find indespensible is ziplock sandwich bags, for snacks for the kids, little things, etc....

Now that I think about it, I have run short on garbage bags more at BWV than at some of the other resorts. Having said that, mousekeeping has always been happy to resupply me.

On our last trip to BWV, just a few weeks ago, when I went to change the trash bags there weren't any extras in the kitchen, but there was a roll of bags in the bathroom trash can.

We always bring trashbags.

We call them "The Clampett Suitcases".
