Do I need to preregister for BD?

Do I need to preregister and get a confirmation e-mail for my sis BD? Next week? She doesn't want a free entry because we are going to get 6 day park passes. She wants to get the gift card ($72?).... So how does she do that? Just bring ID and go to city hall or?

I'm not sure what BD is but if you're referring to the free entry on your birthday promo and you guys are entering into the parks with six day passes, you won't be able to get the $72 gift card since it's only for annual passholders.

OP, you should register online. It says if it is less than 2 weeks out, you might not receive a confirmation, but you can tell them that you've registered and they can look you up in the system. I'm not sure where to go for the GC but someone else here will...

My mistake, I double checked on the official website and the fastpass and giftcard offer is extended to multi-day passes also. Any of the ticket booths should be able to get you your giftcard if your sister brings her ID.

You don't need to pre register and yes you can get the bday gift card as long as you have ticket media in hand to show them then you're fine getting the gift card. You can get it at the ticket booths, guest services outside the parks, guest services inside DCA or City Hall. We've used City Hall for 3 bdays so far and will be using City Hall for DD9s bday as well.

DBF and I used our Driver's license to get our fun cards, DD13 I took her birth certificate, and for DD9 I'll take her birth certificate.
