I'm able to start booking next week for my trip in February. I'd prefer to keep my mealtimes flexible so what restaurants from this list do I need to make ADR's? I know BOG is definitely one of them but I'm not sure about the others. Any advice would be great. Thanks! ;)

Lunch:
Sci-Fi Dine-In
Plaza Restaurant
Chefs de France
Yak & Yeti
Kona
Brown Derby

Dinner:
Via Napoli
The Wave
Yachtsman Steakhouse

I would say yes to Via Napoli and the Yachtsman for sure.

The others could be hit or miss. If they are ones that you really want to try or really enjoy eating at, then I would definitely go ahead and book reservations for them.

Sci-Fi.....we have been all seasons and always see people walk in for seat and told there is nothing.
Kona and Brown Derby always seem to have a lot of empty seats.

I would make reservations for all of them except for the ones that need a credit card. You can always cancel last minute if you change your mind or get a table at a different time by walking up. If you have a smart phone its easy to cancel or look up last minute reservations while there, we did that last trip.

Thank you for the advice. I'll go ahead and make ADR's for all of them. ;)

Good idea. :thumbsup2

Since you already have a list of places you want to eat at it's best to make reservations. Although February seems like it might be a slower time, there really is no slow time in DW anymore - just less busy time and February already has Presidents' Week, the Princess Half Marathon and Valentine's Day.

Of the places you listed only Brown Derby and Yachtsman have a credit card guarantee so make note of the cancellation deadline if you change your mind about dining at these 2 places.

Of the others, Sci Fi usually seats walk ups at the picnic tables so if you want to sit in a car you will need a res. Plaza is a small restaurant so that reduces the chances of being seated as a walk up.
