Do I need Fantasmic Pkg. on Dec 21?

Fantasmic is at 6:30 and 8:00 on Sunday, Dec. 21st. Should I get the Fantasmic Dining Package? There is no availability with Mama Melrose and I would have to go with Hollywood and Vine. If I go to the 8:00 show, how early should I get there?
