Do I need express pass?

Last minute possible trip for this Thursday and Friday (May 19-20, 2016).
Only onsite resort with availability is Cabana Bay (early entry, but no express pass).

What will lines be like at all the non HP rides without EP??

Do EE and use the SRL to help lessen line waits

You can't use EP on Forbidden Journey or Gringotts, so if that is the main reason for doing it, save your money.

SRL for Gringotts took at 45min on an incredibly busy spring break day.

I waited about 90min for Forbidden Jounrey on same day but it was raining and many other attractions were closed so FJ line built up very quickly

Right now the crowds aren't even close to spring break levels. I think you will be fine without EP. Especially if you have two days. Just my opinion
