Staying at the AK for the first time! :goodvibes :goodvibes
Do I need ADR's for breakfast @ BOMA? I have them for dinner already...just contemplating a breakfast. TIA!

Now just sometimes you will get lucky. Go down before they start seating & they might work you in. We did this past May but it was for dinner & it was only 2 of us. The second time we ate dinner they sat us next to a family whose kid didn't want to move over to his side. So I made it easy told the hostess I won't sit here put us at our own table asthe kid will keep moving onto my side. lol

Thanks for your responses! For those who have eaten there, would you pay OOP to eat there for breakfast? All our TS meals are already accounted for on the dining plan. Just wondering if it would be worth the additional expense. $16.99 for adults & $9.99 per child seems a little expensive for a non-character breakfast. Or would we be better just sticking to Mara for our breakfasts? :confused3

Boma is definitely worth OOP. It's our favorite and only buffet we go too. MickeyNikki did a great review in her live report with pictures of the buffet. Yummy! I would definitely make adrs if you know you want to go there. Dh and I have gone for breakfast without but we're only 2 people plus we went early.

I was able to get breakfast ADRs at Boma in May with a choice of several times, all times near the specific time I wanted. I only called about 3 days ahead of time.

When we stay at AKLin May, I did not have any ADR for breakfast so I took the chance and went downstairs for breakfast at BOMA. I asked how long the wait is for no ADR and they asked what hotel we were staying and I replied at AKL...3 times I did this they have seated us w/i 5 mins. I figured it does not hurt to asked and I figured if the wait is more than 30 mins we can eat at MARA.
Breakfast was amazing.
Have an amazing vacation.

I make reservations for everything just to be on the safe side. We are going in three weeks and DH said "we are going to Boma breakfast right??" I said no you wanted Kona and Ohana this time, he freaked said dump Kona and get us into Boma :lmao:

I called tonight and they had a ton of times available
