Do I need a secret handshake?

To speak to Ticket help? Have some complicated questions I need to ask. But three phone calls adding up to over three hours and have heard a good chunk of Disney’s entire music collection without speaking to anyone.

I did ask Dvc cast member for help with tix and she gave me a number to call. I was surprised at this. I thought they were empowered to take care of ticket issues? , not that it’s easy to get through to them either. Sigh.
 
DVC does not do tickets. What do you need to know? Many on this board have great knowledge.

I noticed that my expired tickets from last month are gone from my MDE account. It raised slight alarm in my mind when I noticed this at 3 am. lol I still have unused tickets from years and years go showing, so I wasn't expecting that.

This was my first experience with dated tickets, so maybe this is normal. But if it's not, maybe that's why the excessive waits today?

I’ve read of this happening to expired tickets routinely on the Ticket sticky in the TPAS board https://www.disboards.com/threads/tickets-how-to-upgrade.3570721/. You can’t see them, but if you call Ticketing they can see them and apply their value to new tickets, if that’s what you want to do.
