Do I have to list the guest name when buying tickets

I was getting ready to buy WDW tickets online from the Disney website and it seems to require me to select a specific guest name for each ticket. However, I don't want to do that. We are traveling with a big family group and the chances are good that someone will not be able to go at the last minute. So, I don't want the ticket to be restricted to a specific person. That way, if someone ends up not going, anyone can use the ticket for a future trip.

Is there a way to buy tickets from the Disney website without designating a specific guest? If I am required to designate the guest, can I change the person assigned to the ticket at any time before the ticket is first used?

Don't worry about whom you list as a name for the tickets.
New tickets can be REASSIGNED to anyone else in the MDE files.
