Im going up on aug. 19th...our plans was to drive up early and hit epcot before we had to check in...I wanted to purchase the 3-day play pass with park hopper and water park options but where would i get one so that I already have it for my drive up? Also do i need a room key for the parks, if so what for?

Are you referring to the special Florida Resident ticket? Or did you buy a package with tickets included?

If you are talking about the special Fla Res ticket, you can buy those at the ticket windows at the parks. You don't have to buy them at your resort. You just have to show a Florida ID for each adult ticket you are buying at any of the regular ticket windows. If you are an AAA member, you might check and see if you can buy them at your local office before you leave.

If you purchased a room package including tickets, you will have to go to your resort and check in before going to the park, because your tickets will be issued on your room key. You can do this early in the morning, well before the park would open, so you won't miss any park time.

The room key is only required for EMH admission (to prove you are a resort guest) or if your tickets are included in the package (because package tickets are coded on the actual room keys). If you are buying separate tickets and not going to EMH, only your ticket is required for admission.

thanks for the reply...so i guess we will buy our tickets at the park and then go check-in at the hotel to get our room-key because we are doing emh that night at mk.
