Do I have time to get from MCO to Hoop Dee Doo?

I am hoping to get a Hoop Dee Doo reservation for the 6:15 show (šŸ¤ž), but I'm starting to wonder if I might have time to get to the 4pm show, as there seem to be more reservations that come up for that time (although not on my date yet).

Here are my travel details:

Our Delta flight is scheduled to arrive at MCO at 1:18pm.
We are not checking bags.
We are picking up our stroller rental from Orlando Strollers in the airport.
We are planning to Uber/Lyft to our off-site hotel to quickly check in and change clothes (my husband will be on a work trip in Orlando at this time and will already be checked into the hotel, so we will for sure get in at this time).
We will Uber/Lyft to Fort Wilderness and take the internal bus to Pioneer Hall.

Do you think I could potentially make the 4pm show? Is there a quicker way to get to Pioneer Hall that I don't know about?

Thanks for your help!

it would be close and you will have to have no delays with your flight or on with traffic on your way to resort. also what will be your plans if room is not ready yet. and this is a prepaid dinner show that from what I have seen will not seat you late after show starts. I would stick with 615 show or a different night of your trip

ITA They are joining husband will already be staying in the hotel

If OP really wants the 4p show, a bad idea for reasons given...

How much time to walk to stroller location, wait in line then complete rental? You want the stroller delivered to husband in advance.

Any delays take ride share directly to FW.

Make those changes and youre OK even if your flight is almost 2 hours late.

You'll probably make it on time. Potentially with stress.

Id stick with the later show.

When it comes to things like this I’ve learned it’s much more pleasant leaving ample time. Otherwise I find myself thinking and worrying the whole time leading up to it, making travel even more stressful.

even the ride share will to add another 20 minutes to use internal bus to get to other end

Thank you all for the responses! I kind of figured that's what I was going to hear, but was hoping it might be possible. I'll keep trying to get reservations for the 6:15 show!
