Do I have any chance?

I want to book the AKV for Nov 9-11, 2007. I don't own there. I'm just wondering if I will have any shot of getting a studio there if I call on June 6th? I'm thinking it will be really busy for the CM's taking calls that day. Will I even get through? I tried to book the BCV studio that weekend and it is booked. Should I just get put on the waitlist for that? What are the odds of that coming through with it being SS weekend? Anyone have any experience with this? Should I just not bother with either and book WLV? There is availibility there. We will be staying at SSR for the 11th-16th.

Assuming you want to go no matter what, make a reservation now so you know you have a place to stay. You can cancel it if you are unable to change at 7 months.

I'm sure it will be busy on June 6 - if you really want to stay at the AKV, you'll just have to join the crowd and hope to get lucky. IMO, there is always a chance - so good luck to you!

I agree. Get a ressie ASAP at your home resort and take your chances on June 6. I'm going to be calling on May 16, but I'm not intending to stay until March.

Thanks for the advice! I just called and booked the weekend at WLV. I'll try my luck on June 6th, but if we don't get into AKV, I'll be happy with WLV.
