Do hotels sell park tickets?

Can I buy park tickets at my hotel (I'm staying at HRH in late December) or do I have to wait until I get to the park entrance? I want to buy a 3 day ticket that does not expire. I have a coupon from the entertainment book for Universal Bucks that I want to use as well.

I think they sell that ticket at the conceirge at least they did in march
