Do ghosts poot?

I'm all alone here...DH's at work, kids at school and the dogs are outside. Someone or something is letting them loose. Should I be scared or disgusted?

I swear it wasn't me! I did have to stop and think for a minute...did I do that? It was creepy and smelled really foul.

Where are you sitting? DH "hides" his in furniture. I sit down, and get a reminder of why I... love him, yeah, that's it... *ugh*

My DH will sometimes flutter the sheets, and then later on when the sheets are lifted up a bit, I get a noseful.

A variety of scents have been attributed to ghosts or hauntings (cigar smoke, lilac, etc.), but that's one I've never heard before. I suppose it's possible, though.

This made me laugh so hard. If it is a ghost, don't tell my husband- he will have somebody new to blame it on.

I can assure you it wasn't lilac. I believe if pharts ( its a family spelling ) could be visible, these would have been green

I don't have a septic tank. It was without a doubt a poot....I have a husband, two dogs and a 15 year old son....there's no mistaking it. I haven't smelled it since then, but if I smell it again, should I try to make contact?

Could be sewer gas coming from your vent pipes. If it continues I would have a plumber come take a look at it.

Frog worked as a plumber for quiet a while so I picked up on a few terms.
