Do free dining dates ever change?

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows, or has insider info, on whether the dates ever get updated? I am looking to go to Disney the first week of November but presently that week is not included in the free dining offer. Thanks in advance for your responses!

Last year, that week was included in the general public free dining offer. This year, it is blacked out for the free dining offer. So yes, they do change from year to year. But I don't think they are likely to open up that week to the general public for free dining this year, now that the offer has been released. They've already made the decision to adjust the offer from last year. PIN codes are possible but you must receive a PIN code offer personally to use it.

Just remember that this is Disney we are talking about. EVERYTHING is subject to change. If they need to fill rooms to get you to spend money in other areas, they could add dates. Generally, it is other discounts that are piled on. (as seen late in 2009 and 2007)

Thanks for the answers. I will keep my fingers crossed. Being from NJ that week is good for us for most of our kids are off from school, thus the reason we call that week in Disney as Jersey Week!
