So this is probably a silly question, but do guests staying on DVC points (ie. renting points) get access to Tables in Wonderland?

You must be an AP holder, FL resident or DVC member to purchase the TIW card. If you are not any of these, you can't get it.

As a renter, you don't get any DVC perks. You just get the standard resort guest perks like free parking at the theme parks, charging to the room, etc.

No. You need to show either a DVC Member ID card or an Annual Pass to get the TiW Card for $100. Without either of those, if you are a FL Resident you can get it for $125.
