Do DVC members get a discount on the DDP?

We are looking at adding the DDP to our reservation. I rented points through a DVC member.

My dh was told by a colleague who also rents points that the DVC members get a discount on the DDP and can pass it on to the renters.

Is this true?

No, we do not get a discount on the dining plan. Have a great trip!!!

No discount, but you are not required to purchase park passes from Disney in order to add the DDP. This can save you some money if you buy from a broker like undercovertourist.com or mapleleaftickets.com.

The member will need to add it to your reservation at least three to five days before the start of your reservation. You won't be able to add it yourself.
