OK, so we were planning to go in August, and I decided to start stockpiling gift cards. I started with 2 for $25 each which I got a few months ago in Shop Rite. Long story short, I am being downsized and we also just took a long trip in April so we are now putting off WDW till DD's fourth birthday trip (October 2012.) Should I hang onto the cards or will they lose value? If that's the case I will just find cool stuff to get the kids and put it aside for the holidays...heaven knows there is plenty to buy online and there's also a (not great) Disney outlet nearby!

Information would be most appreciated...thank you!

Edited to add: We ARE planning to go to Orlando next June and visit some of those (ahem) *other parks* (cough cough) so we could use them at Downtown Disney then...I just don't want them to lose value so if there is a one-year timeframe or something like that I'd rather use it than lose it!

And YES, I do need to change my siggy...sigh...

The Disney gift cards do not have an expiration date and they do not deduct after a certain time period. Hope that helps!:)
