Do CMs share room cleaning tips?

We left a tip with a thank you note on the night stand prior to checking out at 11 AM at BCV last week. As we exited, I let a male CM into the room who was waiting outside the door. I had not seen him during our week stay but did see him that morning stripping beds and moving onto the next room. Just before driving off, I realized that I left something in the nightstand drawer. I ran up to the room in less than 5 minutes of leaving. The dirty bed linens and towels were in bags outside my door. (I had previously stripped the beds and gathered the towels together in the room so it was a very simple task for the CM.) A basket with the new linens were also outside my door. My MB still opened the door. I grabbed my item and noticed the money was missing from the nightstand. It became obvious to me that more than one CM services the room upon check out. Do they share the tips as the CM who took the money had a very simple job as compared to the CM who must clean the bathrooms, make the beds, etc?

I have family members who are CMs. They have told me that all non-tipped positions that get one are suppost to turn them into management for an end-of-year party. The CMs that clean the rooms are non-tipped positions.

As has been stated before: Disney Housekeepers are classified "non-tipped" for wage purposes, however, they are allowed to accept and personally keep all tips they receive.

From my personal conversations with housekeepers in the past. my understanding is that while there is no set Disney policy for "pooling" tips, some groups of housekeepers do pool theirs. Either way, my hope in this case would be that the bed stripper is turning the tips over to the housekeeper similar to how a busboy would turn tips over to the waitress and the tips are then shared accordingly.
