Do Characters/Princesses sign at meals??

Will the Characters/Princesses sign autograph books at meals??

I have seen them sign autographs at Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's, so I would assume they do everywhere.

Thanks!! I guess you bring your own pen?? LOL Last time we went we really were not into the books... but my 9 year old might enjoy it.

Yup, bring your own pen, and make it one of the larger on or a sharpie. It is sometimes hard for the characters to hold on to the pens.

They signed at Tusker House for breakfast, Akershus for breakfast and 1900 Park Fare for dinner in early May. I'd guess the only limitation is if the character isn't able to grip a pen (think Buzz Lightyear or King Louie).

Yes they do! Every now and then you may get a character that cant sign, like the lion from JoJo's circus. JoJo signed for the lion

The characters sign autographs and take pictures. Make sure you have your pen and book ready (right on the table). They move pretty efficiently through every restaurant.

Autographs are a great way for shy kids to begin their interaction with characters. As PP said, Sharpies or large pens are best. Don't wait to buy pens at WDW- $7 for a larger one with a decorative thingie on top. Even a pack of reguar Disney pens was about $9
