Do buses run between parks?

Are there Disney buses that shuttle from park to park? We will be spending the day at AK and then heading to MGM for Fantasmic Dinner Package and I am wondering if I can catch a bus at AK to MGM or if we will have to go back to resort and then pick up another bus there.

Yes, there is bus service between the parks. There is a direct bus from AK to Studios.

BTW, inter-park buses going to MK currently drop you at the TTC where you must transfer to the ferry/monorail to complete the trip. This will change soon as Disney makes changes to the routes.
