Do BCV and BWV have toasters, hair dryers, etc?

Splitting our time between resorts - do both of these provide the same things for a studio? We are staying for 2 weeks (I can hardly wait!) so I need a full run down if anyone can provide me with one. Last year was our first Villa stay and I can't quite remember!
I am trying to prepare a list of what to bring from home and what to get on my 30 min grocery stop from TTC once we arrive. Thanks....

Toaster?
Sugar, salt, pepper?
Paper Towels?
Hair Dryers?
Iron?
Dish soap?
coffee maker -fliters?
Anything else critical that I missed?

Toaster?

Yes, all have toasters.

Sugar, salt, pepper?

Small start up supply sugar (packets for coffee). No salt & pepper unless previous occupant left some

Paper Towels?

Yes

Hair Dryers?

Yes

Iron?

Yes

Dish soap?

Yes

Coffee maker -fliters?

Yes to the coffee maker but only a start up supply of filters and coffee. Actually you get one filter/coffee combo pac (makes one pot) of regular and one of decaf. It's replenished on T & T days and on full cleaning days.

Anything else critical that I missed?

I bring my own shampoo and conditioner (supply is start up only and not the best stuff, anyway) and also my own laundry detergent/softening agent if I plan to do laundry.
