Yes, AP holders can take advantage of EMH as long as you are staying at a Disney resort.

You just have to show your KTTW card when either standing in line or going through the turnstile. At least that's what we did last October.

Current hotel guests only, irregardless of ticket admission. You must show a KTTW card at each attraction.

Only those who are staying at a WDW resort can participate. If you have a park hopper, you can go as long as you are staying there. If you have an AP, you can go as long as you are staying there.
