Yes, almost everywhere will. They just prefer cashless payments if possible.

Not what you asked but I feel obligated to mention that I would advise against using debit cards for everyday purchases. When fraud occurs on a debit card, banks may freeze funds and take a long period of time to refund the fraudulent purchases.

Credit cards put that risk on the card issuer which is why they are much safer for day to day purchases.
