Do all the value resorts have a fridge and coffee pot Now?

Does anyone happen to know if the AoA family suites will include a coffee maker?

The values are set to get beverage coolers; there has been no definitive schedule released by Disney. You can check out the various value official threads to keep up on the news.

Copied directly from the Disney website:

All suites have one queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a living room with one double-size Inova TableBed and one double-size sleeper sofa. These suites also offer 2 bathrooms, a mini-kitchen, reading chair and table and chairs. All suites are non-smoking. Wheelchair-accessible suites are available. Amenities include a flat-panel TV, in-room wall safe, voice mail, high speed Internet access (additional fee), microwave, compact refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A crib is available upon request.

Moderate and deluxe have fridge and coffeemakers, values do not. As PP said, values are supposed to get "beverage cooler" which isn't quite a fridge from my understanding. No coffeemakers at values.

I appreciate the info.. Not sure how I overlooked that, but thank you for pointing it out.

The suites do have coffeemakers.

Also, you are correct; it is a beverage cooler.

They are very similar to the ones on the Disney Cruise ships. It keeps some stuff "cool", but is by no means a refrigerator.

I like one thread that was started a few weeks ago, unfortunately who was not knowledgable about the term. I am an architect, so I have specified "beverage coolers" from time to time.

They posted that they thought it must be a Disney buzz word for "refrigerator"; boy, it was several posts to get it straightened out. Someone was finally able to pull a picture up of what a beverage cooler is and it is no where near a refrigerator. It doesn't take up nearly the amount of electric as a fridge, so I am sure they are able to afford to place it in the rooms at a reasonable cost.

I am so glad to have this posted. We are planning to stay at Pop in April/May and wondered about the beverage cooler. Also..I don't know what a beverage cooler is. How many waters can fit? Are we able to put a small carton of milk in it as well? I thought that I read some where that all the values were going to have these installed by the end of March. Does anyone know if this is correct?

As expected, the Value Resorts will all be receiving REFRIGERATORS.:)

No Coffe Makers at this time, but maybe in the future-you never know with Disney.:)

Below is a link to the Construction Update on Mouseplanet where a filing was made for Pop Century concerning the installation of REFRIGERATORS.:)

It is going to be so great to have somewhere to keep the refillable mugs(and their contents!)cold INSIDE the rooms!:)

It doesn't matter what the permit says, someone not familiar with the diffrence filed that, they will be BEVERAGE COOLERS, just like the Mods

The moderates definately have refrigerators.

Permits are only filed by people who have knowledge regarding the project. They have to be specific. I am a construction manager, so I understand that aspect.

I am also an architect and have specified half sized refrigerators and beverage coolers; there is a difference between the two.

Also, it has been reported on a rather extensive thread regarding this subject that the CM's have been instructed to tell guests that refrigerators are coming to the values.

Has anyone been able to get a picture of the new Value Refrigerators yet?:)

Can't wait to see the new Refrigerators!:)

Thanks.:)

I would post on the POP website. I am a regular on the POR website, and people will check in during the week or right after they return with reports.

Also, if they just started Monday, as reported in the other large thread regarding the issue, they are most likely installing in unoccupied rooms, so no one would see one at this point.
