Do all Poly rooms have refrigerators - or do you have to request one?

They don't automatically come with them.

If there is not one in your room when you arrrive, just call and request one. They brought ours w/in mins. There was no charge.

Does the mini fridge has a freezer section so that I can freeze water bottles for the next day?

At Poly, last trip, it was not there. Called, and one was brought right up in 30 minutes. As fot the freezer, its small, might hold 2 popsicles and thats it. Fridge section is small, about 16 cans of pop and its full.
