Do ALL cabins have beverage coolers?

Hi we are going to be booking a cruise for us (DH and I) and my parents next month. We are considering several different combinations.

The best combination in my opinion is a cat 6 w/ balcony for my parents and a cat 11 for us.
We have only stayed in a Cat 10 in the past so I am wondering if with the smaller room (standard inside) will you lose the beverage cooler?

The other option is a cat 10 for us and cat 9 for them, but I would love being able to stand out on that private balcony!

All of the rooms have the beverage coolers. AND...the balcony is definitely worth it if you are on a 7 day, but on a 3 or 4 day, I would spend the money elsewhere.
