Do AKV value villas or ASMu suites ever get discounted?

We're thinking of booking a 1BR value villa @ AKV for a few nights in March but aren't willing to pay rack rate. Are these included in the discounts that Disney puts out? I know they are so few of the values so I'm not sure they'd even be included. Does anyone know?

Our other option is a suite @ ASMu, does anyone know if they are usually discounted? We are both passholders and FL residents so we'd be eligible for either discount. I do remember trying to book a suite last year through FL resident and AP discounts and it wasn't available for either. I'm not sure if it was just because they were all booked or just simply excluded.

ETA: what about the garden wing rooms @ the contemporary?

What I've seen with the suites are free dining and recently, the kids free promo. I haven't seen a room only discount.

The value family suites are always included(limited availability) in the % off discounts (not considered "true suites), the Value Villa at Jambo House are also included but availability is limited as there are so few units. I was able to book a Value 1 bedrm @ 40% off pin in 2010.
Also at the BW the Garden Suites are included in the % off offers again very limited availability.

The kids free promo was for tickets only. It only applied to kids 3-9.
