Do 2 year olds need a fastpass?

Does my 2 year old need a fastpass? He is under 3 and doesn't need park tickets so does this mean he doesn't need a fastpass? Can he still ride on fast pass rides with us without one?

No fastpass needed. You can't get one anyway without a ticket. He can go on any ride that allows kids his size.
