Do 180 days turn at midnight?!?

Trying to get my kids birthday at a specific restaurant. They are telling me on the Disney site that I'm trying to book to early. The day before is open. So I'm guessing at midnight it turns. Does the Disney site update at midnight or early in the morning for the next day?!? For online reservations that is. Thanks. Can't remember.
