DME through MS for DVC members?

We have never used Magical Express, but intend to do so for the first time this June. I called today to register, and voicemail said DVC members are to make the arrangements through Member Services. When I call tomorrow or Tuesday, what phone option do I choose to get through to the right CM? Another question - my son and his family will arrive a few days later and stay in a studio under his name using my points. Which method will he use to make arrangements for DME?

You can also request DME on the MS website. This is what I did last time we went (saved me a call to MS). If you call, I believe it's the same prompt to make room reservations.

You would have to book your son's DME (from what I've always been told the member has to do the actual arrangments) using the same methods, either calling in or booking online.

I booked my DME reservation online, too. Very easy and much easier than calling MS since I could do it at my convenience. I received all my documents about 6-7 weeks prior to my trip.
