DME tags question

Wondering about what time frame I should expect our DME tags and info. We leave 4/6. I booked a room through orbitz and then followed a link someone posted on the dis to sign up for MDE. That was 3 weeks ago. And what number should I call to check? Thanks!

From the Orbitz page on any WDW resort:

Disney Hotel Resort guests receive complimentary Disney's Magical Express Service for roundtrip airport shuttle from Orlando International Airport, luggage delivery and airline check in*.

To book Disney's Magical Express Service visit Disney's Magical Express Service Web site at www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/US to register once you have completed your booking.

Is that the site you used? You can always do it again.



If you want to check instead of use the site again, the WDW website says:

Reserve Disney's Magical Express Transportation when you book online or by calling (407) WDW-MAGIC or (407) 939-6244.

I had to call to book my Magical Express Transportation. I booked a hotel through Orbitz as well. My trip is 5/14 and I received my luggage tags in early February.

Oh, and from the "DME luggage tag info" sticky thread, just in case you have a reservation but they can't get you the tags....

I haven't gotten my tags yet!

Never fear. You have two options. You can claim your bags like normal, or you can have Disney claim them for you as if you did have those yellow tags. Bypass baggage claim, and go straight to the Welcome Center. From there, give the Cast Member your luggage claim tickets. They will create replacement tags for you, find your bags, tag them, and send them to your resort.

You may need to call. I did the online form, got an email confirmation and then called a few days later and they didn't have my information. I called 407-939-1936 and they got everything set up!

Thanks! When I re did it, I actually got a confirmation this time, but will call also just to make sure.
