DME Tag Question

Hi There!

I am traveling next Wednesday and have received my DME luggage tags. I received one tag for each person in my room, however one of those people will be arriving the day before and is taking DME to a different resort for that one night until I check in at CSR. So, can I use her yellow tag for an additional piece of luggage? I guess I am nit sure if the tag is associated with her arrival on Tuesday at an All Sport even though the tag in my packet is for CSR, where we all are staying from Wednesday in.

If I cannot use her tag, do you think I could cut my tag in half so I can check two pieces of luggage? I would prefer two smaller bags to one large if I can manage this with that one tag.

It should say on the tag where the luggage is going. If it says CSR then yes you can use it. If not all you have to do is bring you luggage tags to the DME counter and they will bring your extra piece of luggage to you. It does take longer though if you do that. But still shouldn't be a problem. FYI for next time, if you need more luggage tags call DME and request extras.

Correct.

DO NOT cut the tag in half.

Actually, they need your luggage claim tickets, not your luggage tags.
