DME split stay question...

We are staying at the grand floridian for most of our trip, but our first night there we are staying at Pop. I would like to just use my carry on for what we need the night we are at Pop, and have DME send my checked bags right to GF. That way they would already be there when we switch hotels in the morning. is this allowed?

I'm afraid not. What you can do though is when you check in, ask them to not deliver your bag to your room because you'll be checking out the next day and moving over to the GF.

You will have to take a cab from the Pop to GF in order to move your luggage yourself. Or give bell services at the Pop all of your luggage including the carry on luggage and they will move it to GF for you. No luggage is allowed on Disney buses.
