I was getting a bit worried about how well DME will work, but now after hearing the reports, I am not that concerned.

We did have some problems getting correct tags and package from DME. Yesterday we did receive 2 packages. 1 with tags, showing our first resort on arrival. This does have the arrival date and the correct flight information, but nothing about our departure information. The 2nd package has a 2nd set of tags, with the next resort information it but no dates.

Do we need to have tags for the return trip, if we are on one of the participating airlines? Just wondering why we would need to have tags if we are going to be checking in at the resort on a participating airline?

Don't worry about the return trip.

For returning home you can have your Magical Express reservations modified or corrected at the resort. Do it at least a day before you check out. Often the welcoming area at Orlando airport is able to do this when you first arrive too.

The yellow tags are for going to Disney only, not used when going home.
