DME reservation not showing on MDE

Seriously, my sister and nieces are joining us at WDW next month, and they are taking DME from the airport. When I booked it, the reservations showed up in MDE (something like transportation). When I looked a couple of days ago, I noticed it wasn't there any more.

I called DVC Member Services, and the reservation is still there (when I said there used to be a DME reservation, she said is that for <insert sister and niece names here> on Jet Blue whatever the flight number is on December 9).

The only thing I can figure is that maybe it's gone because we checked in? It's still not showing.

Also, when should I call if they haven't received their packet?

A few questions....is your sister listed on your reservation? If so, she won't be getting a packet. Packets are mailed to the lead person on the reservation. If she and your niece are joining you, in your villa, then the packet goes to you. As will your Magic Bands...they all get mailed to the lead person.
If all this is the case. You will get the MBs and the packet. You can get the travel vouchers that are in the packet and they can use those to ride the bus. Or, you can get the MBs to them and they can use those instead.

We have a split stay, so I'm getting the first set of bands (for me and DH) and she's getting the bands for the second (all 5). Fortunately, we're going a week after Thanksgiving, so anything that arrives at either place before the 19th can be delivered to the other in person. They need the packet for the luggage tags - I'm not worried about them getting on the bus.

Ah, okay. You did a great job planning! You should get the packet 3-4 weeks prior to travel.....that means any day now. I've checked on MDE and I don't see either one of my DME reservations. I got my packet for the first resort, and don't need one for the second....just the ride back to MCO.

Now we're just waiting on the bands to ship. There's one day left on the second, and the first can ship "any time".
