DME questions

I have read conflicting information on DME. Can someone who has used it tell me if you had to get your own luggage, or verify that it is your luggage, before you leave the airport, or do you just sit and wait untill your DME bus arrives and then go to your hotel?

Also, was it hard to find the DME people?

If your luggage pick up is at the B terminal.. you need to go to the A terminal. There you will see the Disney rep with their Mickey's white glove on. They will assist you as to where and what exactly you need to do.

If you received your tags from the DME, you can either put it on your luggage and have the DME pick up your luggage from the baggage claim and they will transfer them to your room.

OR... if you don't have your tags or don't want to use them, simply just pick up your luggage from the baggage claim and take it with you. The driver will put your bags away for you. When you reach your resort, the driver will take the bags out and bell man will assist you.

We have used DME 3x already and am going to use them next year as well.

If you can get to the Magical Express welcoming area on your own ("A" side lowest level of main terminal, inside near bus berth no. 30), you don't need to find the Disney persons with large white gloves standing in strategic areas just outside Security.
