DME question

In July, I'm attending a conference that's being held at the Disney Swan & Dolphin. I'm going early and planning on staying at POP for the first four nights and transferring to the Swan & Dolphin for the last three nights. Is the DME available for the Swan & Dolphin for my return flight to St. Louis or will I need to use the Mear shuttle? Also, will I need to physically move my luggage from POP to the Swan & Dolphin or will Disney do it for me?

Swan/Dolphin does not have ME priviledges, so you will have to book Mears.

I am not sure about luggage transfers.
