It is usually about 3 hours before your flight departure; so around noon. They will let you know.

Pickup time will be scheduled for 3 hour prior to departure, BUT you should always arrive at the MD bus stop 15-20 minutes ahead of time.

Your pickup time is 3 hours before your flight +/- 15 minutes. So, assuming your flight time is 3:00P, your pickup time will be sometime between 11:45A-12:15P. You will be notified what your time is (you don't get to pick your own).

As mentioned, you should be AT the DME stop at least 15 minutes ahead of your pick up time, WITH your carry on luggage, and all bathroom/shopping/other stops already complete.

All of this. Plus, you really need to make sure you are at the stop ahead of time. If you miss your scheduled bus, they cannot just throw you on another one. The buses only come when they need to pick up guests, so another one may not be scheduled to swing by your resort for a while.

I knew we have to be at the stop early as we've taken it before.... just couldn't remember how many hours before the departure do we leave. the 3+/- hours before works perfect for my check-out day.
