DME pick-up time

I know it is typically 3 hrs before your flight. If my flight leaves about 4 pm, can I leave earlier on DME than 3 hrs?

Yes, you can request an earlier pick up, but not a later one. You will need to contact DME in advance and tell them what time you want to be picked up.
