DME or Uber?

I know DME picks up 3hrs prior to your flight and that leaves a good bit of time just sitting at the gate. Would you take an Uber back with less time to spare? I have TSA pre-check and it will just be me with a personal item, so no bags to check.

We always take Uber/Lyft back to the airport. We have TSA-Precheck.
We leave the park 2 hours before our flight
