DME-One Way

How do I go about arranging DME transportation for our trip back to the airport (I am renting a car to get to the hotel). Do I call now or wait until we arrive.

How the return trip work? We are flying on Southwest.

You can call Disney now if you booked directly or call your travel agent and they can arrange the booking if you used an agent....

You just call and give them your flight information. Make sure they understand you only need transportation 1 way at the end of the trip.

They will put documents (including tags and a voucher to board the bus) under your door a day or so before you check out (if they do not come, go to the desk in the lobby)....just follow the instructions there. You will take your luggage with you to the bus stop for DME and the driver will load the big stuff under the bus. Then at the stop for SW (I always forget which terminal they use, but I think it is B)...you get off and the driver will unload your luggage and you check in as usual. If you were using an airline that participated with Disney, you could check your luggage and get your boarding pass at the resort, so you could just head for the gate when you got to the airport....but at this time SW passengers cannot check in at the resort.

Thank you for the info. I made our reservations through the sports/group office - do I call them or the 1-866 number I saw listed in another post for DME?
