DME: One room; two addresses; two flights

For my upcoming trip we have two people coming from two different states on two different flights. When we called DME yesterday, they would only send the paperwork to one address. Leaving one or the other of us without the proper signage on our checked luggage. They were able to send the paperwork to two different addresses last year (admittedly, after doing it incorrectly the first time).

Any recommendations?

Person who gets the paperwork sends the other person their share.

If it doesnt arrive in time, person without paperwork proceeds to Welcome Center with luggage claim check/s; DME voucher will be reprinted for bus access, and specially designated CMs will be dispatched to claim, tag, and forward luggage.
