DME member site...help me!

I entered my flight info yesterday for DME on the member site. I think I made an error possibly.

We have a split stay booked starting with BLT. I put in my DME request with that reservation number only. Should I have done separate requests for my arrival going to BLT and one for my return from AKV?

Should I go ahead and enter another request now for my return trip or just call member services and have them correct it?

I would just give MS a call and be sure it is all set. We did a split stay this past summer, and she just did it all over the phone so I had drop off at one and pick up at the other.
