DME issue - they lost our info

I was so excited to get my ME vouchers today... only to find that it was JUST mine, and not my mom's or my sister's as well. After calling two different times and speaking to two different CMs, it turns out that they lost everyone else's flight information.

Seriously, how does this happen? Hopefully, they will send out the other vouchers soon.

As long all your guests are registered on your room reservation, they will be provided motor coach transportation and luggage transfers. You do not need vouchers if they weren't mailed out, they can check you in at the Welcome Center.

Q. I did not receive my Disney's Magical Express luggage tags prior to leaving home. What should I do?

A. Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, go directly to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center and speak with the Disney Cast Member.

If your flight arrives between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, please provide us with the checked baggage claim numbers that you received from your airline when you checked your bags. We will obtain your information, collect your luggage and deliver it to your room at your Disney Resort hotel.

For airport arrivals after 10:00 PM, you must collect your luggage at Baggage Claim and take it with you on the motorcoach.
 
I booked a last minute trip and had not DME paperwork and I checked in at the desk with my ID and confirmation number and boarded the bus with no issue. When I arrived at the resort they handed me an envelope with my DME return info on it.

When I got home UPS had left an envelope with my DME stuff at my door!

You do need evidence that you reserved everybody on Magical Express. However if worse comes to worst and you never get print-screenable information or mailed materials in timely fashion then the name and city of each of two different phone CM's you talked to should be enough to get you on the bus after the welcoming area CMs initially refuse to arrange to transport you (they might not initially refuse) and after you next present the back of the envelope on which you wrote said information.

Flight numbers and times printed on or missing from DME vouchers don't make any difference going to Disney. You can even dilly dally at the airport food court.

Use the toll free number 866-599-0951 instead of using up your anytime minutes to call Magical Express with.

Seriously, are you not aware that you are dealing with the most incompetent I T shop in the hospitality industry. What's a miracle is that they actually didn't lose everyone

Do not rely on "they said it will be OK" DOCUMENT! Get names, document dates and times you talked etc...
