just talked to MS and asked about DME. I know this might have been said before but this is what I was told.

THIS IS FOR DVC AND DISNEY RESORTS

1--If your flight number changes you must call DME and let them know.

2--If only your flight TIME change for any time ( but flight number remains the same) there's no need to call

I think this is due to scheduling of the busses. Common sense if you ask me.
