DME going home

If a flight is leaving at 3:15 PM, on a Friday if that matters, approximately what time will DME pick up?

Just trying to figure out what time we'll need to leave MK (we'll have a rental car) in order to get my inlaws to their DME transportation at OKW?

DME usually is scheduled to pick people up approximately 3 hours prior to their flight departure. So for you that would be approximately 12:15 PM. In addition DME usually asks that you arrive at the DME bus stop 15-20 prior to your scheduled pick up time.

The day before your departure you will get an envelope on your room door that will have your pick up time information.
If your pick up time is listed as 12:15, you will need to be at the ME bus stop with your luggage by 12:00. I would therefore, try to be back to your resort before 12:00. You will have to go to luggage services and get your luggage and then go to the bus stop. If there is a crowd waiting for or checking luggage you might have a bit of a wait.

I would plan to be at the resort no later than 11:30. Getting your luggage could take a few minutes, as well as a last minute bathroom stop. You need to be at the bus stop, ready to go, 15 to 20 minutes before the time given, because that is the time the bus is scheduled to leave. If you miss the bus, Disney is under no obligation to put you on another one.

Aim to be back at the resort an hour before the DME bus time. That would be aiming for a little after 11.
