We are wanting to add one night onto our stay but would like to stay inexpensive the last night, does the DME run to MCO from the Disney Springs Resort Area? (Jan 15, 2017)

Only from SSR and OKW resorts but you would need to be staying there. You could rent DVC points through a site like Davids to make it cheaper if you really wanted to be in this area. Otherwise mods are Port Orleans. There is a boat to Disney Springs.

You can only ride DME to MCO if you are staying at a Disney owned resort. In the Disney Springs area that would include Old Key West and Saratoga Springs which are DVC resorts so you could look into renting points, which would be cheaper than paying cash through Disney.

Port Orleans (Riverside and French Quarter) are moderates that are fairly close to Disney Springs. Not as close to Disney Springs are the value resorts which would be less expensive than Port Orleans or paying cash at OKW or SSR .

There are hotels near Disney Springs in the hotel plaza area, but they are not Disney owned so you would not be able to take DME to the airport.

Nope. You would have to pay for a taxi/uber/ town car.

Thanks all, we are DVC members and have the last night wait listed, fingers crossed we get that. If not we did reserve a room a CBR, will have to move farther but that will be ok so worth the DME!
