DME for split parties arriving on different days possible?

Hi all,

DD and I will be arriving on a Sat (in October), using DME, and staying at BLT with rented points through Dave's. Due to DH's work schedule, he isn't arriving until 4 days later on a Wed. All 3 of us are leaving together using DME and flying home on Friday.

All three of us will be listed on the BLT reservation but will DME be a problem for DH since he's arriving until 4 days after we get there? I'm not so much worried about the DME return trip, because we're all leaving together, but how will his arrival work and will he be able to still use DME upon arrival 4 days after us? I looked into Taxi service but from MCO to BLT would be almost $80.00

My dh does it all the time! When making DME reservations, you should be able to plug in the different arrival dates. I just booked my dd and I, arriving at the same time, and her best friend arriving at a different time. I was able to just add her separately when making the reservation.
Even if you don't do that, as long as your dh is listed on the resort reservation, and is listed on the DME reservation, he should have no issue taking the bus 4 days after you do.
If you are at all concerned, call DME directly to add your dh. But, truly, it shouldn't be any issue at all. Many of us do it all the time.

My DH is arriving on a later day...again... than we are. It's really no problem. We just give them the flight details for each person on the reservation. But check your tags when you get them since they sometimes get it confused. This year they were perfect

Fantastic, that's what I was hoping to hear. I'll call DME directly, around the 45 day mark, just to make sure all info is accurate. Thanks so much for the replies.
