I called yesterday to add my flight to my reservation, and I checked it today online under my reservation and notice that it includes my airline (Southwest) Flight number, but the time for both my arrival and departure is listed as 12 am. Is this normal? do they only need the flight number or should I call them back to make sure that they have the correct time.

Our departure is at 9:10 am, and I sure don't want them thinking that we have a midnight flight and have them want to pick us up THAT early! :lmao:

Yes, it is normal.

They verify your time before they send you your paperwork for your return at your resort. This way, they know that they are putting you on the correct bus in case there was a change on your departure.

Your arrival flight (number or time) doesn't matter. Only the departure flight time matters. I'm sure it will get corrected, but even if it's not, when you get the letter assigning you to your DME bus, if it's not correct, simply call the number on the letter and they'll get you reassigned.
