Hi, How many days prior to arrival do they send your tags and documents? Thanks

About a month prior. You will get an envelope with a letter in it, that tells you what you need to do, and your luggage tags.

Assuming the arrangements are made ahead of time, documents are sent to the printer 40 days before check in and take about 2 week for delivery. You can call DME and request your documents be sent earlier if you'd like.
